God is working to replant and renew churches across North America. Join us at the AMS Replant Lab as we seek to join Him together for a movement of renewal.
What is Replant Lab?
Local associations are strategically positioned to serve struggling congregations and lead the way toward renewal. The Replant & Renewal Team is excited to host a two-day, in-depth training program specially crafted by associational leaders for associational leaders. This program is designed to provide an interactive and immersive training experience in church replanting, with a focus on guiding struggling churches towards renewed health and vitality.
The first 250 associational leaders and team members to register will receive hotel rooms provided by NAMB.
Training Tracks
This comprehensive training comprises two distinct tracks designed for associational leaders and their teams at different stages of their replanting journey.
Track 1: Leading Churches toward Replanting & Renewal
Gain a solid foundation in the principles of church renewal, and receive training in a proven, practitioner-developed process for helping churches discover their best path toward renewal. Explore consultation dynamics and models of replanting, benefit from real-world case studies, and attend as a team with up to three additional members.
Track 2: Leading a Renewal Movement
Through practitioner-led sessions, collaborative discussions, and focused breakouts, take a deep dive into the essential practices for leading a renewal movement in your association, and gain key tools and tactics to address the challenges you’re facing as you implement what you learned in Track 1. Must have completed Track 1 with a team.
This year in Track 2, participants will choose from two series of breakouts addressing four related topics:

- Navigating Key Issues: Leadership Challenges
